Waiting 16 weeks on my first unemployment payment

I filed my claim 16 weeks ago after being let go as a barista. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
