Waiting 16 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 16 weeks in

I filed my claim 16 weeks ago after being let go as a graphic designer. It has been a long 16 weeks. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.
