I filed my claim 16 weeks ago after being let go as a logistics coordinator. I worked as a logistics coordinator before this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
