Waiting 15 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I filed my claim 15 weeks ago after being let go as a production planner. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
