Waiting 15 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I filed my claim 15 weeks ago after being let go as an HR coordinator. I am in St. Louis, in case local advice matters. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?
