Waiting 15 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I filed my claim 15 weeks ago after being let go as an administrative assistant. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Mine took about 15 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
