Waiting 15 weeks on my first unemployment payment - any advice?

I applied for unemployment in Tampa 15 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I worked as a school bus driver before this. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
