Waiting 15 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 8 years as a forklift operator

I applied for unemployment in Richmond 15 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. Thank you in advance. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
