Waiting 15 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 14 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Boston 15 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I am in Boston, in case local advice matters. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
