Waiting 14 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I was laid off as a procurement assistant and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. It has been a long 14 weeks. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
