Waiting 14 weeks on my first unemployment payment (Columbus)

I applied for unemployment in Columbus 14 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
