Waiting 14 weeks on my first unemployment payment - any advice?

I filed my claim 14 weeks ago after being let go as a store manager. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
