Waiting 14 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 13 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Minneapolis 14 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
