Waiting 13 weeks on my first unemployment payment - what worked for you?

I was laid off as a forklift operator and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I am in Boise, in case local advice matters. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
