Waiting 13 weeks on my first unemployment payment

I applied for unemployment in Oklahoma City 13 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. Any experience at all would help. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
