Waiting 13 weeks on my first unemployment payment (Denver)

I was laid off as an HR coordinator and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

Mine took about 13 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
