Waiting 13 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 6 years as an insurance claims processor

I applied for unemployment in Jacksonville 13 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Mine took about 13 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
