Waiting 13 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 15 years as a barista

I applied for unemployment in Oklahoma City 13 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been a long 13 weeks. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
