Waiting 13 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 13 weeks in

I applied for unemployment in Boston 13 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been a long 13 weeks. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
