Waiting 13 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 13 weeks in

I filed my claim 13 weeks ago after being let go as an insurance claims processor. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?
