Waiting 13 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 11 months and counting

I was laid off as an accounts payable clerk and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. It has been a long 13 weeks. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
