Waiting 12 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I applied for unemployment in Cincinnati 12 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
