Waiting 12 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 14 years as an office manager

I applied for unemployment in Nashville 12 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
