Waiting 12 weeks on my first unemployment payment, accounts payable clerk here

I applied for unemployment in Buffalo 12 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
