Waiting 12 weeks on my first unemployment payment

I filed my claim 12 weeks ago after being let go as a store manager. Thank you in advance. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
