Waiting 12 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 12 weeks in

I filed my claim 12 weeks ago after being let go as a data-entry clerk. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
