Waiting 11 weeks on my first unemployment payment (Nashville)

I was laid off as a recruiter and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
