Waiting 11 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I applied for unemployment in Columbus 11 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?
