Waiting 11 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I was laid off as an HR coordinator and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
