Waiting 11 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 4 years as a sales associate

I applied for unemployment in Wichita 11 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
