Waiting 11 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 17 years as a social media manager

I was laid off as a social media manager and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
