Waiting 11 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 12 years as a recruiter

I was laid off as a recruiter and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. Any experience at all would help. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
