Waiting 11 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 12 years as a paralegal

I was laid off as a paralegal and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. It has been weighing on me all week. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
