Waiting 11 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 11 weeks in

I filed my claim 11 weeks ago after being let go as a production planner. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
