Waiting 11 weeks on my first unemployment payment - 10 months and counting

I applied for unemployment in Minneapolis 11 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Mine took about 11 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
