Waiting 10 weeks on my first unemployment payment - what worked for you?

I was laid off as an HR coordinator and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
