Waiting 10 weeks on my first unemployment payment - first time posting

I applied for unemployment in Columbus 10 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
