Waiting 10 weeks on my first unemployment payment, delivery driver here

I was laid off as a delivery driver and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
