Waiting 10 weeks on my first unemployment payment after 14 years as a graphic designer

I filed my claim 10 weeks ago after being let go as a graphic designer. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
