Wage reporting when hours change weekly (update)

I picked up part-time shifts as an insurance claims processor and I am confused about how to report them. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Pay posts on a different day from when I work.

The claimant handbook has worked examples for part-time pay. Mine was clearer than the phone line.

In my state the question was about the week I worked, not the week I was paid. Read the wording on your form carefully, or ask the claims line.
