Wage reporting when hours change weekly after 4 years as a dental hygienist

I picked up part-time shifts as a dental hygienist and I am confused about how to report them. Any experience at all would help. Pay posts on a different day from when I work.

In my state the question was about the week I worked, not the week I was paid. Read the wording on your form carefully, or ask the claims line.
