Wage reporting when hours change weekly after 3 years as an office manager

I picked up part-time shifts as an office manager and I am confused about how to report them. It has been a long 13 weeks. Pay posts on a different day from when I work. Did anyone get an overpayment notice from a mistake?

In my state the question was about the week I worked, not the week I was paid. Read the wording on your form carefully, or ask the claims line.
