Wage reporting when hours change weekly - 7 months and counting

I picked up part-time shifts as a delivery driver and I am confused about how to report them. It has been a long 17 weeks. Sometimes my paycheck is late by a week. Did anyone get an overpayment notice from a mistake?

In my state the question was about the week I worked, not the week I was paid. Read the wording on your form carefully, or ask the claims line.
