Wage reporting when hours change weekly

I picked up part-time shifts as an insurance claims processor and I am confused about how to report them. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Pay posts on a different day from when I work. Who can I ask without risking my claim?

In my state the question was about the week I worked, not the week I was paid. Read the wording on your form carefully, or ask the claims line.

Report honestly and keep your stubs. An honest small error is much easier to fix than a missing report.
