Wage reporting when hours change weekly - 3 months and counting

I picked up part-time shifts as a pharmacy technician and I am confused about how to report them. The form asks for gross earnings, which I do not see until later.

In my state the question was about the week I worked, not the week I was paid. Read the wording on your form carefully, or ask the claims line.

Report honestly and keep your stubs. An honest small error is much easier to fix than a missing report.
