Wage reporting when hours change weekly - 14 weeks in

I picked up part-time shifts as a home health aide and I am confused about how to report them. I am in Atlanta, in case local advice matters. Sometimes my paycheck is late by a week. Did anyone get an overpayment notice from a mistake?
