Wage reporting when hours change weekly - 13 months and counting

I picked up part-time shifts as a bookkeeper and I am confused about how to report them. It has been a long 12 weeks. The form asks for gross earnings, which I do not see until later. Do you report when you earned it or when you were paid?

I estimated and then checked my pay stub. When there was a small difference I wrote to the agency to correct it.

In my state the question was about the week I worked, not the week I was paid. Read the wording on your form carefully, or ask the claims line.
