Told I owe money back on my benefits (update)

I received a letter saying I was overpaid about $800 on my claim. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I cannot afford to repay it all at once. Has anyone disputed one of these?

Read the letter for the appeal deadline and act on it, even if you think you will end up repaying. Then ask about a payment plan.
