Told I owe money back on my benefits, medical assistant here

I received a letter saying I was overpaid about $100 on my claim. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I cannot afford to repay it all at once. Who should I talk to first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
