Told I owe money back on my benefits

After 13 weeks of benefits I got a notice saying I must repay some of it. It has been a long 13 weeks. The letter mentions an appeal window and a repayment plan. Has anyone disputed one of these?

Read the letter for the appeal deadline and act on it, even if you think you will end up repaying. Then ask about a payment plan.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
